HOW TO BECOME A CEFAM STUDENT ?

To become a CEFAM student, you’ll need to complete an application form and entrance exam. The process is simple and easy and if you encounter any difficulties, a CEFAM admissions representative will be able to assist you. Below you’ll find the steps of the process.  
Please note that you will be asked to pay an application fee of 140 euros (or 70 euros with the early bird discount) which covers the costs of the entrance exam. Please be aware that CEFAM prioritizes small class sizes, so there are a limited number of new admissions each semester (we accept both Fall and Spring semester intakes).  


STEP 1: MEET ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS 

Admission requirements include: 

  • Strong motivation  
  • A high school diploma to enter the first-year program or a bachelor's degree to enter the 4th year program 
  • B2 Level in English for the 1st year, C1 for the 4th year

STEP 2: APPLY ONLINE 

Complete the application form via the online portal:

  1. Create an account
  2. Fill out the required information on the online portal, such as :
    1. Personal information
    2. Background information
    3. Motivation to attend CEFAM
  3. Upload the required documents, such as :
    1. ID photo & Passport
    2. Proof of Diploma
    3. Transcripts (if any)
    4. English level assessment (if any)
  4. Pay the application fee (140 euros or 70 euros if you are using the early bird discount)
  5. Submit your application

STEP 3: THE ENTRANCE EXAM

After submitting your online application, you will be asked to complete a series of entrance exams to evaluate your English level and motivation to attend CEFAM. You will be asked to complete two exams :

  1. An online written exam to evaluate your level of English (listening, writing, and comprehension). The estimated time of this exam is about 1.5 hours.
  2. A 30 minute face to face motivation interview (online or in-person) to evaluate your level of spoken English and assess your motivation to attend CEFAM.

STEP 4: ADMISSION DECISION

At this stage you will be notified whether or not you have been accepted into the program. If accepted, CEFAM will provide you with all the necessary documents and information for you to begin your visa process if needed.
